Taste uncorked Thursday July 16, 2009 with an evening tasting of more than 150 British Columbia wines and local cuisine prepared by top Vancouver Island chefs.  Not just a wine festival, Taste is a culinary tourism experiences all around downtown Victoria, as well as farms and vineyards throughout the Saanich Peninsula... an extra long weekend of 15+ tastings, seminars and events Thursday July 16, 2009 through Sunday July 19, 2009.

Farmers, growers and vintners bring us gifts from the land.

A bounty of seafood surrounds Vancouver Island and we praise those that fish our ocean, lakes, and rivers.

Celebrate with those that prepare our food with care and devotion to local producers.
